• a 3-month commitment is required for monthly treatments.

• Membership DOES NOT ROLL OVER from unused months.
• Payments are automatically deducted the first of the month with a card placed on file by the client.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Membership is NON-TRANSFERABLE or able to be used by anyone other than the purchasing client.
• Only 15 members per month are eligible. Once the membership program is at capacity, no additional clients are taken and clients must wait for an opening. [Option: Interested clients can be placed on a waiting list. ]
