⚠️ C A N C E L L A T I O N P O L I C Y[January 2020] Due to some recent events, I have implemented a cancellation policy effective immediately:
- If you do not cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of that service (sent via invoice).
- If you do not cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance and are using a session from a wellness package, you will forfeit that session.
- If you are late for your service, your session may be shortened and your treatment will only be for your scheduled time.
- If you have two(2) no-call-no-shows, you may not be able to book further sessions at A New You.
I feel very fortunate that, in the past, I have not had to have a cancellation policy in place, however, due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and last-minute rescheduling, this policy is effective immediately.
Special circumstances will be taken into consideration.
